Renting and Buying with LJ Gilland
I rented with LJ Gilland as the rental agent for 4.5 years and had a great rental experience overall. From the time that Carlos showed me through the property and we spent half an hour chatting about all the tools in his ute, I knew that he was not a typical rental manager. Always happy to help, all requests for maintenance and any other requests were dealt with promptly by him and the office. The number of times I’d ring and he’d be just hooking up the trailer, is a testament to how hands-on he is and always willing to help, especially during times of crisis like the 2022 floods.
I ended up buying the same property and LG Gilland acted as the selling agent. Again Carlos was always helpful and kept me well informed throughout the whole process. It was great to have an agent who I knew and always had my best interests in mind. Overall the buying process was smooth and seamless.
LG Gilland is a great family business and is thoroughly recommended.
