As we are a family-based business working on Client Referrals since 1996, we focus on the professional management of our Clients properties and specialize in strategic selling of properties with tenants in place, further we focus solely on the property for sale. We treat the properties as if they were our own, Carlos is very dependable with regards to all maintenance aspects of each and every property.
Recently we sold an 4 bedroom, 2 bath, double lock up garage, Ormiston Property which we have, and continue to manage over a period of 20 years, for $572,000. We sold with an COVID isolating tenant in place, with 3 offers within the first week of sale.
